BJC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is the premier program in the metropolitan St. Louis area. We have successfully implemented EAP programs in the private and public sectors, including health-care, industry, financial services, education, government and retail. Because EAP clients represent a broad range of industries and work environments, we have developed a reputation for responding to complex, diverse needs and situations.
EAP is a not-for-profit organization. Formerly known as Behavioral Health Partners, EAP was established in 1972 through Christian Hospital, a BJC HealthCare facility, and was the first health-care provider to implement an EAP in the St. Louis area.
As a BJC HealthCare facility, EAP shares in its national recognition and acclaimed clinical, educational, and cutting-edge technological resources and its financial strength. EAP is a division of BJC Behavioral Health and shares its rich history of designing and providing innovative behavioral health care, preventive and wellness services that support organizations, institutions and individuals.
