This training educates employees about accountability and empowers them to change their attitudes and improve their work performance.

Team Building
An overview of the process of team building in the workplace and tools for building effective interpersonal, professional relationships at work.

Chemical Dependency Jeopardy
Information about chemical dependency in the workplace -- including the warning signs and symptoms -- is taught by playing Jeopardy, followed by a discussion.

Chemical Dependency with Professionals
This workshop educates professionals about chemical dependency in the workplace and focuses on identification of symptoms in the workplace, the intervention process, the role of the supervisor, and return-to-work issues.

Not on My Time
This workshop explores the impact of alcohol and drug problems on the workplace, including an examination of the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Respect vs. Harassment
This workshop is an overview of the impact of harassment on all involved employees and how to deal with it.

Responding to Workplace Violence
This workshop focuses on educating employees regarding the potential risk factors and identifying those at risk for being violent, prevention, intervention techniques, and how to de-escalate potentially violent situations.

Hooked on Helping
This workshop for those in the helping professions (nursing, social work and counseling) supports the value of care-giving commitments, and explores the need for good self-care to avoid long-term stress and burnout.

Compassion Fatigue
Professionals who listen to the stories of fear, pain and suffering of others may feel similar fear, pain and suffering because they care. Compassion fatigue (CF) represents the cost of caring for traumatized people. After the tragedy of 9-11, we have seen and heard firsthand the trauma of helping those who have been in immense suffering. Participants’ level of CF will be evaluated and a recovery plan will be formulated for "returning home" to a place of healing and restoration.

Coaching for Excellence
This interactive workshop uses role-playing and lively discussion to teach a coaching model that supervisors can use to help employees change a behavior, develop a skill or improve performance.

Co-Dependency in the Workplace
This workshop focuses on the meaning and characteristics of co-dependency, enabling in the workplace, interventions and available resources in the community that can identify healthy and unhealthy behaviors in the workplace.

Diversity
Diversity is: “The differences that make each of us unique.” Today, our workforce represents a diverse population and is no longer dominated by one gender or race. Diversity in the workplace means attracting people of all backgrounds to work together in a respectful environment. This workshop is about creating that respectful environment.

Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace
Two-thirds of all Americans entering the workforce have used illegal drugs -- 44 percent within the last year. Given these statistics, it’s likely that you will be affected by drug and alcohol in the workplace -- if you haven’t been already. This workshop covers the signs and symptoms of substance abuse, how to avoid the traps that make matters worse, the best course of action to take and how to get appropriate help.

Virtual Addiction
An overview of the signs and symptoms of computer addiction and how to notice the warning signs and assist in this type of addiction.
