Health Risk Assessment
Determine your organization’s health baseline to track improvements and demonstrate cost savings. BJC EAP has partnered with Health Fitness Corporation to provide the INSIGHT health risk assessment (HRA). The INSIGHT questionnaire assesses critical health factors such as tobacco use, personal safety, nutrition, stress, exercise, exams and medical history to identify at-risk individuals and set them on a path to a better lifestyle. Individuals receive a report, and an aggregate report is prepared for the employer.
 
The HRA will help identify current health risks within your organization so you can offer customized, effective programs.

Health Screenings
Know your numbers, know your risk. Promote good health with individual on-site screenings that measure five key health indicators:

Blood pressure Cholesterol Blood sugar Body mass index Smoking status

Interpretation of results by a health care professional is included following each screening. This individual consultation is important to make appropriate recommendations for change and/or medical referrals. Supporting educational materials are also included. Results are provided within minutes from a simple finger stick. Testing is for adults 18 and older.
