For more than 35 years, BJC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has provided comprehensive services designed to meet the needs of individuals and companies we serve. EAP offers professional counseling and work/life programming to enrich the quality of life at work and home. No matter what issue or personal challenge an individual faces -- emotional problems, relationship and family issues, or legal and financial concerns -- EAP has a team of professionals ready to help.
Our staff and affiliate consultants are licensed counselors, behavioral specialists, work/life professionals, attorneys, financial experts, and health and wellness professionals. EAP staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
